| Information on the XYZ Pension Scheme |

| The Scheme is a Group Personal Pension Plan with Provider into which contributions are paid by both XYZ and you. In addition there are valuable life assurance and sickness benefits the cost of which is met by XYZ.The Employee Benefits Guide provides full information on the plan and the benefits of joining. You may wish to use the 'How much should I save for my pension' calculator to decide how much to contribute yourself. |
